Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PrimeCost services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Services

PrimeCost provides construction estimation, quantity takeoff, and engineering services. All estimates are provided for informational purposes and should be verified before use in actual construction projects.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Monthly packages require upfront payment.

Intellectual Property

All estimates, drawings, and documents provided by PrimeCost remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the materials for your project.

Limitation of Liability

PrimeCost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
